  3. Delivery Appointment
    • Review Documentation: Go over the key documents with the customer, including the purchase agreement, financing details, and warranty information. Ensure the customer understands and acknowledges all paperwork.
    • Vehicle Overview: Provide a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle. Demonstrate key features, functions, and maintenance requirements. Address any questions the customer may have and ensure they are comfortable with the vehicle’s operation.
  4. Final Steps
    • Customer Satisfaction: Obtain customer’s signature on any final documents, including a delivery confirmation form. Ensure customer is satisfied with the vehicle and the delivery process.
